Body temperature is an essential physiological index reflecting human health. Accurate measurements of body play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment diseases. In this paper, sensor manufactured by laser-induced graphene introduced. This has high measurement accuracy, simple preparation, low production cost. The made easier to fabricate operate than traditional thermal resistance sensors. easy manufacture, accuracy linear between 30°C 40°C ranges. Laser-induced (LIG) sensor’s value correlated linearly with value, compared infrared thermometer, ±0.15°C while that thermometer ±0.30°C. sensitivity LIG − 0.04145 % ° C 1 .
